Up date on Metcalfe family, Ann Metcalfe married Joseph Lamb of Hillbeck in Ravenstonedale 2 Dec 1843.  Father James Metcalfe Farmer.  Witness Sarah Metcalfe. Not found on 1841 Census, Noted Sarah Metcalfe wife of Jonathon Metcalfe, butcher at Cold Beck.  James Metcalfe 25 a slater, wife Eleanor, also an Edward Metcalfe a farmer at Angle.
