Mayday Madness 2000
This annual extravaganza is organised by the Ravenstonedale Yacht Club took place on May 1st 2000. In the main event children and others race round the village powered in a manner determined by the Yacht Club. This year it was Tall Ships, last year it was cars and the year before it was rockets. There is a full programme of events throughout the day culminating with a lively barn dance and barbeque outside the King's Head.
