As happened in most towns and villages across the country the Queen's golden jubilee was celebrated by a street party in Ravenstonedale.

& Spoon, Wheelbarrow, Three Legged, Sack and Obstacle.
There were six different age groups and the children all fought
hard for their certificates. However, some of the adults cheated
- as usual! |
