Notice of de-briefing sessions at Appleby on 9th July and Melmerby – date to be confirmed.  A further session may be arranged for Kirkby Stephen/Ravenstonedale. A new Multi-Agency Strategic Co-ordinating Group is taking over the organisation of the Fair.

            Grant offers received from Neighbourhood Forum and Eden District Council towards cost of Structural Survey.
            R G Parkins & Partners instructed to carry out survey.
            Site & Location maps for planning application received from EDC free of charge.
