Playgrounds
There are 2 playgrounds in our parish, both opened in 2008 after several years of local fund raising and support from various grants. One playground is located in Newbiggin-on-Lune and one in Ravenstonedale village. The Newbiggin playground was opened in June 2008 (see press release). The Ravenstonedale playground is not yet officially open.
