The Dargues listed are those whose names appear on gravestones in St Oswald's churchyard. However Sarah may not have had a gravestone. I notice that there is Thomas Dargue listed who died in 1934 aged 56.
I am sorry I cannot be of more help. There are Dargues living in Newbiggin-on-Lune, the next village along. There are quite a lot of Dargues in this area, it seems to be quite a local name.
