| Michael Frost - Toy Maker Michael & Celia Frost Hillcroft Farm Kelleth Tebay Penrith Cumbria, CAlO 3UG Telephone: (015396) 23248 Michael and Celia Frost are members of the British Toymakers Guild. From a small factory, they make wooden toy Railway Engines, a Fire Engine and a Dolls House. Based on traditional toys, the designs have evolved to comply with all EEC requirements. Each item is handmade on the premises using wood from a local sawmill and good quality plywood. Visitors are welcome to the factory which is open most days throughout the year. We are always happy to show how the toys are made and a range is available for purchase. Visitor Facilities Michael Frost's woodworking and paint workshop is open most days throughout the year, during reasonable hours. To reach Hillcroft Farm, leave Junction 38 (M6) and take the A685 towards Brough, then after 1.5 miles turn left to Kelleth. |
